Cosmetic Manufacturing Manager

BIG Industrial Organics Private Limited is establishing a new manufacturing facility for a premium range of Cosmetics & Personal Care products and is looking for an experienced professional to head and manage the manufacturing operations.

The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In:

* Manufacturing of Serums, Face Creams, Moisturisers, Lotions and other Skin Care products

* Scaling laboratory formulations into commercial production batches

* Operating Vacuum Homogenisers, Emulsifiers, High-Shear Mixers and SS Mixing Vessels

Experience:

Preferably 3–10 years of hands-on experience in a Cosmetics / Skin Care / Personal Care manufacturing facility.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have personally handled production on the factory floor, rather than candidates with only theoretical or laboratory experience.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to help establish a new premium cosmetics manufacturing division from the ground up and subsequently manage production of an expanding portfolio of products.

* Raw-material weighing, batch preparation, heating/cooling, homogenisation and filling operations

* Establishing and maintaining Cosmetics GMP, hygiene and production SOPs

* Batch Manufacturing Records and production documentation

* Basic QC parameters including pH, viscosity, appearance and stability

* Troubleshooting formulation and production problems

* Coordinating with external formulation experts and converting developed formulations into consistent commercial batches

* Helping management select and commission appropriate cosmetics manufacturing machinery
