Customer Service Executive - Two Wheeler Loans - Jalandhar - PUDA Complex - CSE*
- Handle customer service operations specifically for two wheeler loan products. - Engage with customers to provide loan-related information and support. - Work from the PUDA Complex office in Jalandhar, ensuring direct customer interaction. - Manage queries and assist customers in loan processing and documentation. - Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues related to two wheeler loans. - Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan disbursal and follow-up. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to loan services. - Support the sales and loan processing teams by providing timely customer feedback and assistance. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan service activities. - Contribute to improving customer service processes and enhancing customer experience.Job role
