Education Counsellor

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

We are looking for an experienced Education Counsellor with 2–3 years of experience in the Study Abroad/Overseas Education industry. The ideal candidate should have strong student counselling and conversion skills, preferably with experience in European countries. Candidates with experience in other study-abroad destinations are also welcome, as training will be provided on European destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end counselling for students interested in studying abroad.
• Directly interact with students and parents to understand their academic background, career goals, budget and study-abroad plans.
• Recommend suitable courses, universities and destinations based on student profiles.
• Handle students throughout the counselling and admission process and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrolments.
• Maintain strong relationships with students and ensure a smooth counselling experience.
• Achieve individual counselling and conversion targets.
• Track and report counselling performance and student conversions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Study Abroad/Overseas Education counselling.
• Strong preference for candidates with European study-abroad experience; experience with other destinations is also acceptable.
• Must have B2C counselling experience and direct student interaction.
• Should have handled end-to-end counselling, rather than working only in backend processing/admissions.
• Strong communication, convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of student conversions and visa outcomes.
