📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct spoken English classes and interactive training sessions.
• Help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Teach English vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and sentence formation.
• Organise activities, discussions, and exercises to build students' confidence.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Develop lesson plans and learning materials according to students' needs.
• Motivate students to participate actively and achieve their learning goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with good English communication skills.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Patient, confident, and passionate about teaching.
• Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Freshers are welcome if they have the required English proficiency and teaching aptitude.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month
• Incentives: ₹10,000 based on performance
• Salary depends on skills and experience.
