Job Description
Lead Generation Target – Generate qualified leads as per monthly/weekly targets.
2. Lead Quality – Ensure leads match the company’s target audience and service requirements.
3. Data Management – Maintain accurate and updated lead databases with proper contact details.
4. Lead Sources – Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, calling, social media, websites, directories, and other relevant platforms.
5. Lead Verification – Verify and filter leads before forwarding them to the Business Development/Sales team.
6. Follow-Up – Coordinate with the sales team and ensure timely follow-up on generated leads.
7. Lead Tracking – Maintain daily records of generated, contacted, qualified, and converted leads.
8. Conversion Support – Work closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-client conversion.
9. Reporting – Submit daily/weekly/monthly lead-generation reports to management.
10. Performance Improvement – Analyze lead sources and continuously improve lead volume, quality, and conversion rate.
