Job Description
Vassu International is hiring an Office & E-Commerce Executive for in-person work in Jalandhar.
Location: 77, Pink city, kot saddiq, near nehar, kala singha road, Jalandhar 144002.
Weekly off: Sunday.
Salary budget: up to Rs.14,000 per month, subject to the applicable statutory minimum and final role/category review.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle Amazon and Meesho orders and maintain accurate order records.
- Maintain inventory and stock-movement records.
- Track returns/RTOs and related follow-ups.
- Coordinate dispatches, couriers and delivery tracking.
- Maintain Excel sheets, customer records and daily reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Own working smartphone with active SIM and mobile data is compulsory.
- Working knowledge of WhatsApp, email, basic computers and Excel.
- Keep the phone charged and data active; remain reachable during working hours and promptly report device/connectivity problems.
- Maintain accurate records and provide daily work updates.
