 Job Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and oversee production activities to ensure efficient workflow.  

- Optimize production costs while maintaining quality and timely deliveries.  

- Coordinate with different departments (procurement, quality control, and dispatch) to avoid bottlenecks.  

- Monitor raw material usage, minimize waste, and improve efficiency.  

- Track production progress and resolve any issues affecting output.  

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.  

- Work on continuous process improvements to enhance productivity.  

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).  

- Experience in production planning and control (for experienced candidates).  

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.  

- Knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for production tracking.  

- Good communication and teamwork skills.  

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

- Understanding of lean manufacturing and cost optimization.  

- Experience in the packaging or corrugated box industry is a plus.
