OverIT is an IT Helpdesk organization which is providing network and technical support to AAM which is American Advanced Management established in USA. We have been providing Network and Tech Support to AAM for many years. We have excellently trained team for this service. Our team works 24*7 eAiciently.
Position: - System Administrator
Role Overview
- Design, build, and maintain network and server infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPNs, VMs, storage, and cloud backups.
- Install, configure, and secure network hardware/software while ensuring system uptime, performance, and data protection.
- Administer VMware environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and patch management.
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex network/server issues and lead disaster recovery processes.
- Build new networks (VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls), manage backups (Veeam, QNAP, cloud), and maintain documentation and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist with network design and optimization.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
- 3–10+ years of network engineering experience.
- CompTIA Network+ required; CCNA/CCNP preferred.
- Strong skills in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, VMware, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi Fi (802.11n/ac/ax).
- Experience with automation/scripting tools (e.g., Ansible) and network test/analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, manage projects, and lead/assist in network architecture eAorts.
