Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 2–4 years in Telesales/Telecalling, preferably with Team Handling experience

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Telesales Team Leader to manage and motivate our telesales team and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, guide, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Assign targets to team members and regularly monitor their performance.
• Ensure the team achieves assigned sales and revenue targets within the given timelines.
• Monitor calls, follow-ups, conversions, and individual team performance.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to improve team productivity and sales conversion.
• Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing difficult sales.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
• Track leads and ensure proper follow-up to maximize conversions.
• Maintain team discipline, attendance, and productivity.
• Develop strategies to improve sales performance and achieve higher targets.
• Coordinate with management regarding team performance, targets, and requirements.
• Ensure consistent achievement of team KPIs and sales goals.

Requirements:

• Graduation preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in telesales/telecalling.
• Previous experience in team handling or a Team Leader role is preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good leadership and team management abilities.
• Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and sales reporting.
