We are looking for a dynamic and detail‑oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team and support our back‑office and client service operations.

Role Overview: The Operations Executive will be responsible for end‑to‑end mutual fund operational activities, client servicing, transaction processing, coordination with RTAs/AMCs, and ensuring smooth execution of daily business operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mutual Fund Operations & Transaction Processing

● Process purchase, redemption, SIP, SWP, STP, and switch transactions across AMCs.

● Verify client documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC, FATCA, CKYC, Risk Profile, etc.).

● Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs (CAMS, KFin, etc.) for transaction status, corrections, and updates.

● Monitor and execute SIP registrations, NACH mandates, cancellations, and modifications.

● Handle portfolio uploads, transaction feeds, and reconciliations.

2. Client Servicing & Support

● Address client queries on portfolio, NAV, transaction status, and statements.

● Generate and share account statements, capital gain reports, and portfolio summaries.

● Assist clients with MF account opening, KYC registration, and documentation.

● Provide proactive follow-up for pending requirements and client onboarding.

3. Operations & Back-office Management

● Maintain records of all executed transactions and client communications.

● Reconcile daily business data between platforms, AMCs, and internal systems.

● Prepare MIS reports, performance reports, and business dashboards.

● Coordinate with internal teams (advisory, sales, compliance) for smooth workflow.

4. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence

● Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and company compliance guidelines.

● Maintain updated records for audits and internal compliance checks.

● Assist in documentation and reporting related to regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

● 1–3 years of experience in mutual fund operations, financial services, or wealth management.

● Strong knowledge of mutual fund products, RTAs, KYC norms, and MF platforms.

● Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and financial software (MF Utility, NSE NMF II, etc.).

● Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical abilities.

● Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

● NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund Distributor Certification (preferred).

● Experience with financial CRM tools or portfolio management platforms.

● Familiarity with digital investment platforms and APIs.
