Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and organized Graphic Design Coordinator to manage day-to-day design requirements and coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely delivery of product and marketing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily graphic design requirements from sales, marketing, HR and management teams.
• Interact directly with customers to understand their product design, packaging, label, branding and customization requirements.
• Take customer briefs and convert their requirements into clear design instructions for the design team.
• Coordinate design revisions and approvals with customers until finalization.
• Create and coordinate designs for product labels, packaging, social media posts, brochures, banners, presentations and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with designers, printers, vendors and external agencies when required.
• Maintain proper folders, design files, brand assets and templates.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication and product materials.
• Track design requests, deadlines, customer feedback and approvals.
• Ensure final designs are delivered accurately and on time.
• Support product launches, private-label projects, campaigns and other marketing activities.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain design concepts clearly.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple design projects.
• Basic knowledge of printing, packaging, labels, sizes and file formats is an advantage.
