Job Description

1. Handle billing, accounting entries, sales, purchases, receipts and payments in Tally.


2.Manage cash counter, UPI, cheque and other collections and maintain daily cash records.


3. Maintain customer and supplier ledgers, outstanding balances and reconciliations.


4. Verify invoices, rates, quantities, discounts, GST and stock-related entries.


5. Prepare daily/monthly reports and coordinate with management/CA for GST, TDS and other accounts-related work.
