Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Computer Operator for our mattress store in Jamshedpur. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily computer-related work, maintaining store records, supporting billing, and helping with basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare bills, invoices, quotations, and receipts for customers
- Maintain daily sales records and update customer/order details
- Track stock entries, product availability, and inventory updates
- Maintain purchase and delivery records
- Use MS Excel/Google Sheets for basic reporting and record keeping
- Coordinate with sales staff, delivery staff, and management for daily updates
- Print documents, labels, price lists, and other store-related paperwork
- Ensure all data is entered correctly and records are kept up to date
- Assist with basic office and store coordination work as required
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and billing software preferred
- Ability to maintain records properly and follow instructions
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible
- Prior experience in retail, showroom, or store operations will be an advantage
