📞 Voice Process – Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls

• Assist customers with orders, products, payments, delivery, returns and refunds
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Provide accurate information as per company guidelines
• Maintain a polite and positive communication style
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team
• Meet defined quality, productivity and customer satisfaction parameters

💬 Chat Process – Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and concerns through chat support

• Assist customers with orders, products, payments, delivery, returns and refunds
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions
• Maintain professional and courteous written communication
• Follow SOPs, quality standards and process guidelines
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues when required
• Achieve defined quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets

⏰ Shift & Work DetailsProcess: E-Commerce – Voice & Chat Support

• Shift: Rotational shifts
• Week Off: 1 rotational week off
• Work Environment: Target-driven & customer-focused
