SALES EXECUTIVE - RETAIL

Key Responsibilities:

●       Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors.

●       Identify new retail business opportunities and expand the customer base.

●       Visit retail outlets regularly to understand customer requirements and market demand.

●       Promote and sell company products to achieve sales targets.

●       Generate leads and convert them into regular customers.

●       Take orders and coordinate with the Dispatch and Accounts teams for timely order processing.

●       Follow up on pending orders and payments.

●       Monitor product availability and market demand at retail outlets.

●       Ensure proper product presentation and visibility at retail counters.

●       Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer records.

●       Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.

●       Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by management.

Requirements:

●       Graduate in any discipline.

●       2–5 years of experience in Retail Sales / Dealer Sales / Field Sales.

●       Good communication and convincing skills.

●       Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.

●       Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.

●       Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

●       Willingness to travel extensively as required for business activities.

Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, welding consumables or similar B2B/B2C retail markets will be an advantage.
