Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site.
  • Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.
  • Manage and coordinate labour, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor construction quality and ensure proper use of materials.
  • Check site measurements, levels, alignment, and dimensions.
  • Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
  • Maintain daily site progress reports, labour attendance, and material records.
  • Ensure compliance with site safety rules and proper use of PPE.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other departments to resolve site-related issues.
