b. The customer may raise a ticket for the following reasons order status, cancellation, delivery instruction, location issue, etc. 

c. An inbound chat to provide support in the customer service activity by answering customers and making outcalls to PDPs or stores related to their order 

d. Establish relationships and trust with customers / PDPs / stores by ensuring qualitative service Required 

Candidate profile

a. Fluent in English with a good understanding of Grammar 

b. Should be able to reconstruct passages and Write professional Emails . Should be able to score more than 60 in Versant Written Test 

d. Typing speed should be more than 35 WPM.
