• Good computer proficiency
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Willingness to learn and use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, etc.
• Corporate & B2B marketing skills
• Professional email drafting and documentation
• Customer relationship management and coordination
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn

Manage office administration and business documentation

• Support Corporate & B2B Sales and Marketing activities
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups and coordinate business requirements
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, presentations, and other business documents
• Maintain accurate sales and marketing records
• Coordinate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal departments
• Identify business opportunities and support sales growth
