Job Summary:The Jewellery Counter Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers at the jewellery counter, showcasing products, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer service etiquette, and product understanding.
- Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction & SalesGreet customers and understand their jewellery needs and preferences.
- Showcase jewellery pieces such as gold, diamond, silver, gemstones, and other ornaments.
- Provide detailed information on product specifications, weight, purity, pricing, and offers.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on occasions, budget, and style
