Key Account Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team for Airtel Payments Bank Salary Account acquisition.

The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new salary accounts, promoting debit card usage, and building strong client relationships with corporate employees and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Open new Salary Accounts for corporate and individual clients

Promote and activate Debit Cards for all customers

Generate leads through field visits and corporate tie-ups

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Coordinate with HR and company representatives for account openings

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Experience in field sales, banking, or financial services is a plus

Good communication and convincing skills

Ability to work on targets and under pressure

Basic knowledge of banking products
