JOB Title: Marketing Executive for Real Estate Company Company: SHRUTI PROPERTY Lcation: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand Requirements: - Own bike for transportation - Good knowledge of Jamshedpur city - Excellent communication skills - Pleasant and presentable personality Office Address: Near Sakchi Gurudwara, Sakchi, Jamshedpur Office Timing: 10:00 am to 08:00 pm Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target areas - Promote and market real estate properties to potential buyers - Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide them with excellent customer service - Attend property exhibitions and networking events to generate leads - Prepare and present sales proposals to clients - Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets Qualifications: - Minimum qualification of a high school diploma - Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the real estate industry - Familiarity with the local real estate market in Jamshedpur Benefits: - Competitive salary package with attractive incentives - Opportunity for career growth and development - Supportive and collaborative work environment Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview
