Job Description
We are hiring a Safety Professional to monitor industrial safety standards, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance on-site. The candidate will be responsible for hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementing contractor safety management practices.
- Key Responsibilities:Conduct daily site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Implement and enforce safety policies in compliance with industrial safety standards and TSL safety guidelines.
- Oversee Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS) to ensure worker compliance on-site.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety induction, and training sessions for staff and contract workers.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, or unsafe acts and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Ensure all workers adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines and emergency procedures.
- Requirements & Qualifications:Education: Diploma in Industrial Safety (or equivalent certification).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial/site safety.
- Preferred Knowledge: Strong understanding of TSL safety guidelines and Contractor Safety Management processes.
