About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Associate to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2C sales, handling hot leads provided by the company, and closing deals primarily through chat-based communication. You will engage with customers across Pan India and international markets, delivering exceptional customer experience while achieving revenue targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle B2C hot leads provided by the company and convert them into successful sales.
  • Drive revenue growth through chat-based sales channels (WhatsApp, website chat, CRM platforms, etc.).
  • Manage customers from Pan India and international markets, understanding diverse customer needs.
  • Effectively address customer queries, objections, and concerns to close deals.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in B2C sales with a strong conversion track record.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
