Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Generate new leads and identify business opportunities.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Coordinate with the field sales team regarding leads and customer requirements.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team when required.
Maintain and update customer data, call records, and follow-up details.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide relevant information.
Convert leads into potential sales opportunities.
Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and customer responses.
Prepare daily and weekly calling and lead-generation reports.
Maintain proper communication between customers and the sales team.
Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
