Job Description
Job Title: Outbound Telesales Executive – UAE Telecom
We are looking for Outbound Telesales Executives to handle sales calls for a leading UAE telecom provider. The role involves contacting existing and potential customers and promoting Postpaid, WiFi, Prepaid and other telecom products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers using a manual/dialer-based calling system.
- Explain and sell suitable telecom plans, packages and offers.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp and Excel.
- Maintain accurate customer data, call status and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer verification and activation.
- Assist customers throughout the activation process and ensure successful onboarding.
- Follow up with customers regarding bill payments and service continuation.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales and activation targets.
- Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience.
Candidate Profile:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and computer operations.
- Previous telesales/telecalling experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a sales-oriented attitude can also apply.
