Job Description
CRM Cum Sales Coordinator – NBD
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and dealer calls and enquiries.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team, Dealers and Distributors.
- Follow up on new business enquiries and potential customers.
- Identify and maintain a database of new leads and business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders.
- Support the sales team in developing new markets, dealers and customers.
- Maintain customer, lead and sales records in Excel / CRM / Bizom.
- Track orders, payments, dispatches and pending issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and NBD reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Dispatch and Sales teams.
- Regularly follow up with existing and new customers.
- Share important customer feedback and new business opportunities with management.
Requirement: Good communication, follow-up and coordination skills with basic knowledge of Excel/CRM. Experience in FMCG sales, CRM or NBD will be preferred.
