Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities in our exercise notebook manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production, manpower, and machine operations.
  • Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
  • Monitor machine productivity, wastage, and downtime.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, packing, and dispatch teams.
  • Maintain daily production reports and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and housekeeping.

Experience: 2 years in manufacturing/printing/notebook or stationery industry preferred.
