 2. Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Argon Welder (TIG Welder) to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for performing precise welding operations on metal components, particularly stainless steel, while maintaining high standards of quality, finishing, and workplace safety.

हम अपनी मैन्युफैक्चरिंग टीम में शामिल होने के लिए एक कुशल और मेहनती आर्गन वेल्डर (TIG वेल्डर) की तलाश कर रहे हैं। चयनित उम्मीदवार की जिम्मेदारी स्टेनलेस स्टील सहित विभिन्न धातुओं के पार्ट्स की सटीक वेल्डिंग करना तथा गुणवत्ता, फिनिशिंग और कार्यस्थल की सुरक्षा के निर्धारित मानकों को बनाए रखना होगा।

3. Key Responsibilities

1. Perform argon welding (TIG welding) on stainless steel and other metal components as per production requirements.
2. Read and understand engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and welding specifications.
3. Carry out welding, fabrication, joint preparation, and finishing activities.
4. Ensure accurate alignment, fitting, and assembly of components before welding.
5. Maintain the required weld quality, strength, precision, and surface finish.
6. Inspect welded joints for defects such as cracks, porosity, and improper penetration.
7. Operate welding machines and related tools safely and efficiently.
8. Maintain welding equipment, tools, and the designated work area.
9. Follow production schedules and complete assigned work within deadlines.
10. Adhere to workplace safety standards and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
11. Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure product quality.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)

1. उत्पादन की आवश्यकता के अनुसार स्टेनलेस स्टील और अन्य धातु के पार्ट्स पर आर्गन (TIG) वेल्डिंग करना।
2. इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग, फैब्रिकेशन ड्रॉइंग और वेल्डिंग से संबंधित निर्देशों को पढ़ना और समझना।
3. वेल्डिंग, फैब्रिकेशन, जॉइंट की तैयारी और फिनिशिंग का कार्य करना।
4. वेल्डिंग से पहले पार्ट्स की सही फिटिंग, अलाइनमेंट और असेंबली सुनिश्चित करना।
5. वेल्डिंग की मजबूती, सटीकता, गुणवत्ता और सतह की फिनिशिंग बनाए रखना।
6. वेल्डिंग किए गए जॉइंट्स में दरार, छिद्र (Porosity) और अधूरी वेल्डिंग जैसी कमियों की जाँच करना।
7. वेल्डिंग मशीनों और संबंधित उपकरणों का सुरक्षित एवं कुशलतापूर्वक संचालन करना।
8. वेल्डिंग मशीनों, औजारों और कार्यस्थल का उचित रखरखाव करना।
9. निर्धारित उत्पादन समय-सीमा के अनुसार कार्य पूरा करना।
10. सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना तथा आवश्यक व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षा उपकरण (PPE) का उपयोग करना।
11. उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रोडक्शन और क्वालिटी टीम के साथ समन्वय करना

 4. Required Skills and Qualifications

1. ITI or relevant technical qualification in Welding, Fitter, Fabrication, or a related trade preferred.
2. Practical experience in argon (TIG) welding is required.
3. Knowledge of stainless-steel welding and metal fabrication.
4. Ability to understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
5. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
6. Knowledge of welding safety procedures and equipment handling.
7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

 आवश्यक योग्यता एवं कौशल (Required Skills and Qualifications)

1. वेल्डिंग, फिटर, फैब्रिकेशन या संबंधित ट्रेड में ITI अथवा तकनीकी योग्यता को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
2. आर्गन (TIG) वेल्डिंग का व्यावहारिक अनुभव आवश्यक है।
3. स्टेनलेस स्टील वेल्डिंग और मेटल फैब्रिकेशन का ज्ञान होना चाहिए।
4. बेसिक इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग और माप को समझने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
5. हाथों के बेहतर समन्वय और बारीकियों पर ध्यान देने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
6. वेल्डिंग सुरक्षा नियमों और उपकरणों के सही उपयोग की जानकारी होनी चाहिए।
7. स्वतंत्र रूप से तथा टीम के साथ काम करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।
