1. Position Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities for Accuvance products and services in the assigned state. The role includes dealer/channel management, customer relationship development, market expansion, sales target achievement, and coordination with technical and field teams.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the dealer/distributor network in the assigned territory.
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Build strong relationships with dairy farmers, breeders, veterinarians, AIT’s and channel partners.
• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and promotional activities.
• Identify new business opportunities, Institutional business and market potential.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for customer support and service delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
• Maintain sales reports, customer database, and territory performance records.

3. Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Science, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Dairy Technology, Life Sciences, or related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

·       3–7 years of experience in animal health, dairy, animal feed, livestock breeding, genetics, semen sales, or allied sectors preferred. Freshers with relevant practical exposure may also apply

5. Desired Skills

·       Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

·       Good understanding of dairy and livestock industry dynamics.

·       Ability to manage distributors and field operations independently.

·       Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.

6. Remuneration

·       Annual CTC: ₹3.2 Lakhs per annum or as per Industry Average for candidate having relevant experience.

·       Compensation may be reviewed based on candidate experience, technical expertise, and performance.

·       The Sales Manager will be entitled to annual sales incentives based on achievement of assigned business targets and company incentive policy.

·       Travel, lodging, and other official expenses shall be reimbursed as per the company’s Travel & Reimbursement Policy.
