Job Description
Key Responsibilities (Aapka Kaam):
- Trainees ki zarooraton ko samajhna aur unke liye ek customized training plan taiyar karna.
- Live sessions, workshops, ya practical classes conduct karna.
- Trainees ke performance ko track karna aur unhe constructive feedback dena.
- Training material, presentations, aur modules taiyar karna (agar zaroori ho).
- Ek positive, safe aur motivating environment banaye rakhna.
- Trainees ke sawaalon aur doubts ko solve karna.
Requirements & Skills (Yogyata aur Khoobiyan):
- Relevant field me [1-3 saal] ka experience (Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain agar unke paas achhi knowledge ho).
- Kisi mazyada sanstha se relevant Certification ya Degree (e.g., Fitness Certification, B.Tech, MBA, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Baat karne aur samjhane ka tarika behtareen hona chahiye.
- Logon ko motivate karne aur lead karne ki ability.
- Patience (sabr) aur problem-solving mindset.
