Delivery Boy Job Description (JD)
Job Title: Delivery Boy / Delivery Executive
Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering orders safely and on time while providing excellent customer service and maintaining delivery records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up orders from the warehouse/store.
- Deliver products to customers within the assigned area.
- Verify delivery details and collect payments (if applicable).
- Handle products carefully to avoid damage.
- Report delivery issues or delays to the supervisor.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition.
- Help in the basic store work.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (preferred).
- Valid driving license two-wheeler.
- Own vehicle.
- Basic smartphone knowledge/Maps
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift light to moderate loads.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of local routes.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.
Salary: As per company policy + incentives (if applicable).
Working Shift : Monday to Sunday (Day Shift)
