Digital Marketing Manager

Job ObjectiveWe are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies. The candidate will be responsible for improving brand visibility, generating quality leads, managing digital campaigns, and driving business growth through various online marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan monthly marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Identify target audiences and improve online brand positioning.
• Generate qualified leads through digital marketing channels.

2. Social Media Management

• Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional content.
• Develop and manage social media content calendars.
• Monitor engagement, followers, reach, and campaign performance.

3. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage paid advertising budgets and optimize campaign performance.
• Generate leads for Tally Software, training programs, certification courses, and other business services.
• Monitor cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on advertising spend (ROAS).

4. Content & Creative Management

• Create marketing content for digital campaigns, websites, and social media.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
• Develop promotional creatives, email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing materials.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms.

5. Website & SEO Management

• Manage company websites and landing pages.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve Google search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor website traffic and user engagement through Google Analytics.

6. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze digital marketing campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Monitor lead generation, conversion, and campaign ROI.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing.
• SEO and SEM knowledge.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Good content writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools.
• Understanding of lead generation and sales funnels.
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Team management and coordination skills.
• Preferred Candidate Profile2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience in Education, IT, Software, Training, or Skill Development industries will be preferred.
• Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
• Should be creative, proactive, and target-oriented.
