Job Description
Field Sales Executive – Tea SalesWe are looking for an energetic and hardworking Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our tea products in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Visit shops, retailers, wholesalers, and other potential customers to sell our tea products.
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Increase brand awareness and sales in the assigned territory.
- Understand market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and provide daily/weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales, FMCG sales, tea sales, or a related industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and travelling within the assigned area.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of the local market and retailer network will be an advantage.
