🚨 WE ARE HIRING – HEAD OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS
📍 Location: Boranada, Jodhpur, Rajasthan
🏭 Industry: Manufacturing & Export
We are looking for an experienced Head – Business Operations to work directly with the management and monitor the overall performance of our business.
Your role will be to:
✅ Track Purchase Manager
✅ Track Sales Manager
✅ Monitor Production
✅ Monitor Stores & Inventory
✅ Coordinate Accounts & HR
✅ Track QC & Logistics
✅ Review department KPIs & targets
✅ Conduct management review meetings
✅ Follow up on pending work
✅ Identify problems & delays
✅ Prepare daily/weekly management reports
✅ Ensure management decisions are implemented
Candidate Requirements:
• 1- 3 years experience
• Strong leadership & follow-up skills
• Experience managing multiple departments
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets & reporting skills
• Manufacturing/Engineering/Automobile experience preferred
• Result-oriented & highly disciplined
🎯 This is a senior management position, not a routine office administration job.
