Job Overview

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is looking for a proactive, organized, and patient-focused Hospital Coordinator to ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and various administrative departments.

The role involves patient facilitation, inter-departmental coordination, admission and discharge support, patient flow management, and ensuring high standards of service delivery within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges in collaboration with medical and nursing teams.
• Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nurses, front desk, billing, pharmacy, and diagnostic departments.
• Assist patients and attendants with hospital procedures, documentation, and service-related guidance.
• Monitor patient flow and coordinate timely consultations, investigations, treatments, and other services.
• Support doctors during ward rounds by coordinating patient records, reports, and required updates.
• Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service-related concerns and escalate issues to the concerned department/management when required.
• Coordinate with support departments such as housekeeping, pharmacy, diagnostics, and billing to ensure timely patient services.
• Ensure adherence to hospital SOPs, protocols, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records related to patient coordination and daily hospital operations.
• Follow up on pending patient-related requirements and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and patient-friendly hospital environment.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and follow ethical healthcare practices.
• Prepare daily operational updates/reports as required by the reporting manager.
• Perform other duties related to hospital coordination as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Educational QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
• Experience1–3 years of experience in hospital coordination, patient services, hospital operations, or healthcare administration preferred.
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setup will be an added advantage.
