Housekeeping Staff

Guest Rooms: Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards, including changing bed linens, making beds, dusting surfaces, and replenishing room amenities (toiletries, coffee/tea service, writing pads).

Bathrooms: Scrub, disinfect, and sanitize toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and tiles. Clean mirrors, replace soiled towels, and restock guest toiletries.

Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors across guest rooms, corridors, stairwells, and service areas.

Spot-clean carpets and rugs as needed to ensure a pristine appearance.

Public Areas: Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic zones including the lobby, hallways, elevators, fitness center, and dining/lounge areas.

Public Bathrooms: Regularly inspect, clean, and sanitize public restrooms; ensure hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper are fully stocked throughout the day.

Collect, sort, and process guest laundry and dry cleaning requests accurately and promptly.

Separate, fold, and store clean bed linens, towels, and uniforms.

Inspect linens for damage or stains and report issues to the housekeeping supervisor.

Operate cleaning equipment (vacuums, carpet extractors, floor polishers) safely and efficiently.

Manage cleaning supplies responsibly and keep housekeeping carts organized and fully stocked.

Report maintenance issues, damaged property, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
