About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Executive to help customers find the perfect piece for their needs. You will represent our brand on the showroom floor, guide customers through product options, and support daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, offering product recommendations based on their preferences
• Explain features, materials, pricing, and care instructions for jewelry pieces
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store growth
• Handle billing, packaging, and basic inventory updates
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays are attractive and organized
• Stay updated on product collections, trends, and promotions

Requirements

• Previous experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
