Job Title: Loan Officer / Loan Sales Executive

• Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers for loan products.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and repayment terms to customers.
• Conduct customer visits and assist customers throughout the loan application process.
• Collect and verify required customer documents as per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approval.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
• Achieve daily and monthly loan disbursement/sales targets.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide proper support.
• EligibilityMinimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
• Own bike and valid driving licence preferred/required.
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and location.
