We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to join our team and handle the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen, service, and support staff

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints

• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline

• Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards

• Manage inventory, stock levels, wastage, and daily requirements

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations

• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting

• Train and motivate staff to maintain service standards

• Ensure company policies and SOPs are properly followed

• Assist management with sales, promotions, and operational improvements

Candidate Requirements

✔️ 2–5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality management

✔️ Strong leadership and team-management skills

✔️ Good communication and customer-handling abilities

✔️ Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory & billing

✔️ Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy restaurant

✔️ Well-groomed, punctual, disciplined, and professional

✔️ Candidates with experience in cafés, QSRs, or premium casual dining will be preferred

💰 Salary

₹22,000 – ₹27,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience and skills.
