Position: Sales Executive Intern – B2C Glamping Sales

Era Camps specializes in luxury glamping and temporary hospitality projects across India. We create premium tented accommodation and curated guest experiences for religious gatherings, festivals, events and leisure destinations.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Executive Intern to support B2C sales for our upcoming glamping projects. The candidate will speak directly with potential guests, explain our accommodation packages, follow up on enquiries and help convert leads into confirmed bookings.

This is a target-oriented role suitable for a fresher or someone beginning a career in hospitality, travel or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, website and other lead-generation platforms.
• Make outbound calls to prospective guests and introduce our upcoming glamping projects.
• Explain accommodation categories, packages, pricing, inclusions and available experiences clearly.
• Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers and work towards converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Share brochures, photographs, itineraries, payment details and booking information with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and booking status in Excel or CRM software.
• Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to confirm availability and guest requirements.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, customer databases and sales reports.
• Achieve daily calling, follow-up and monthly booking targets.
• Provide polite and professional pre-booking assistance to customers.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
• Confident, persuasive and enthusiastic personality.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to understand and explain hospitality packages.
• Willingness to work with sales targets and performance incentives.
• Interest in hospitality, tourism, glamping or event-based accommodation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate or final-year student in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Freshers may apply.
• Previous internship or experience in telecalling, customer service, reservations or B2C sales will be an advantage.
• Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
