Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive new client acquisition and expand existing retail and HNI relationships across mutual funds, fixed-income products, and tailored investment solutions. This role combines direct client engagement, digital and local marketing initiatives, and investor education to scale Assets Under Management (AUM).


Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard retail, HNI, and corporate clients for mutual funds, PMS, bonds, and related investment products.
  • Conduct introductory financial consultations to understand client goals, risk profiles, and investment horizons.
  • Pitch curated portfolio ideas aligned with regulatory guidelines and the firm’s investment framework.

Client Servicing & Retention

  • Coordinate with the operations and compliance team to ensure seamless KYC, onboarding, SIP registration, and transaction execution.
  • Schedule periodic portfolio review meetings with clients to maintain long-term engagement and drive referrals.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, interaction logs, and pipeline tracking in the firm’s CRM software.
