Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

  • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take counter/POS orders accurately, handle cash or digital payments, and resolve basic guest queries.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare burgers, sides, and beverages following brand SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and recipe guides.
  • Packing & Delivery: Ensure correct order packing, warm holding, and timely counter handover.
  • Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain strict personal hygiene and sanitize kitchen stations, counters, and dining areas.
  • Inventory Support: Restock ingredients, check stock rotation, and report shortages to the shift manager
