Position: Telecalling Executive / Tele-Counsellor

Organization: IIT Academy Medical Academy, Jodhpur

Location: Jodhpur

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000/month 

Job Description:

We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for student admissions and enquiries. The role involves connecting with prospective students and parents, explaining our NEET/JEE coaching programs, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through ads, walk-ins, and referrals
• Handle inbound enquiry calls and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and batches
• Maintain and update the enquiry/lead database daily
• Schedule counselling appointments and campus visits
• Follow up persistently with prospective students until admission or closure
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth handoff of interested leads
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Report daily to supervisor on calls made, leads followed up, and conversions

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream); science stream preferred
• 1–3 years of telecalling/telesales experience (education/EdTech background preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Confident, persuasive, and pleasant phone manner
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM/data entry)
• Target-driven with good follow-up discipline

Preferred:

• Prior experience in an educational institute, coaching centre, or admissions counselling role
