Videographer & Social Media Coordinator

Sidhi Marwadi is looking for a female Videographer & Social Media Coordinator for shooting recipe videos, product videos and founder-led content featuring Kaushalya Choudhary.

Sidhi Marwadi already has a video editor and graphic designer. Therefore, this role is primarily for camera operation, shoot execution, footage management, content uploading and basic social media coordination. Advanced video editing and graphic designing are not the main responsibilities of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot recipe videos, product videos, founder messages, reels, YouTube videos and event content.

• Operate DSLR, mirrorless camera or professional mobile-camera equipment.

• Manage exposure, focus, white balance, frame rate and vertical/horizontal framing.

• Set up basic lighting and manage glare during kitchen and product shoots.

• Record clear voice and ambient audio using lapel, wireless or other microphones.

• Prepare a basic shot list before every recipe or product shoot.

• Capture ingredient shots, cooking steps, texture shots, founder delivery, product shots and final presentation shots.

• Check footage immediately to ensure that focus, lighting and audio are usable.

• Organise raw footage into properly named folders and hand it over to the existing video editor.

• Perform basic trimming or simple edits whenever urgently required.

• Upload approved posts, reels and videos on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

• Add approved captions, hashtags, thumbnails, covers and platform details.

• Check comments and messages regularly.

• Reply to basic comments and questions using approved information.

• Escalate sales leads, complaints, sensitive comments and important messages to the concerned team.

• Support Kaushalya Choudhary during planned indoor and outdoor shoots.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on shooting experience.

• Candidate must understand camera settings, lighting, framing and audio.

• Portfolio or sample work is mandatory.

• Candidate should be able to provide at least one unedited/raw video sample along with published work.

• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube uploading is required.

• Female candidates based in Jodhpur or ready to relocate to Jodhpur will be considered.

Selection Process:

1. Initial telephone screening.
2. Portfolio and raw-footage review.
3. Candidate will shoot a short 30-second recipe or product video.
4. Basic caption and comment-response test.
5. Final in-person interview.

Work Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan

Work Mode: Full-time, work from office and shoot locations

Working Hours: 9:30-6:30

Weekly Off

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on camera knowledge, portfolio and practical test.
