Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly manner.
- Present menus and explain menu items or daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints politely.
- Process bills and collect payments when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with cleaning dining areas and preparing for service.
