Job Description
Manage daily store operations and inventory control.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
Maintain accurate stock records in the system and registers.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Issue materials to production/departments as per requirements.
Conduct periodic stock verification and physical inventory checks.
Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Coordinate with the Purchase and Accounts departments.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization.
Track slow-moving, non-moving, and damaged stock.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle material dispatch and documentation.
Minimize inventory losses and stock discrepancies.
