Job Description

  • Manage and guide a team of 10 RMs.
  • Generate business through Connectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Connectors.
  • Help RMs identify and develop new Connectors.
  • Guide and motivate RMs to achieve business targets.
  • Monitor the performance of the RM team.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with RMs and Connectors.
  • Support the team in converting business opportunities.
  • Expand the Connector and RM network in the assigned area.
  • Achieve monthly business and performance targets.
