HR Executive

Visit stores on a regular basis as per assigned schedule.

Conduct HR audits at store level and prepare detailed audit reports.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Monitor and improve employee grooming, discipline and workplace behaviour.

Handle store-level employee concerns and provide HR support to store staff and managers

Manage local recruitment for in-store positions.

Source candidates through calling, local references and walk-ins.

Screen and shortlist candidates.

Call candidates and line them up for interviews as per manpower requirements.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and store management.

Maintain recruitment and employee records.

Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.

Handle joining formalities and conduct employee induction for all stores.

Submit regular HR visit and recruitment status reports to the HR Manager.
