| Retention of existing clients in both MF & Retail (%) |
| Achieve the defined Business Targets for MF (in %) |
| Ensure adherence to process compliance as defined by the organization while achieving the defined business targets. |
| Ensure periodical review is done and necessary corrective and preventive action taken |
| Achieve the defined Business Targets for Retail and New products (in Crs) |
| Strategic Initiatives |
| Ensure employees are imparted proper traning in sales, product and credit, collection processes |
| Achieve the Profitability Targets for FY 20-21 (%) |
| Collection Management in terms of X bucket and OD Buckets as per the defined targets for both MF & Retail products (in %) |
