Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Ed-Tech Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the ed-tech sector and a strong understanding of educational technology solutions. As an Ed-Tech Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and providing exceptional service to schools, educational institutions, and corporate clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the education sector through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms. Convert leads into loyal customers by demonstrating the value of our ed-tech solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, teachers, and corporate clients. Understand their specific needs and challenges and tailor solutions to address these requirements effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our ed-tech products and services. Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our solutions to potential customers, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed sales targets. Track sales performance, analyze metrics, and adjust approaches as needed to maximize results.
  • Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients. Showcase how our solutions can enhance learning outcomes and streamline educational processes.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Address any issues or concerns promptly and work closely with the support team to resolve them.
  • Market Research: Continuously research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
